These License Terms govern your use of the software (“Item”). By purchasing or downloading the Item, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it strictly in accordance with the license type selected at purchase.
The Item may be installed and used on one single website only. Each additional website, installation, or deployment requires a separate license. The Item may be modified and customized solely for use within the licensed website.
License Overview
The Item is available under two license types: Regular License and Extended License. Both licenses allow installation on a single website only and differ only in monetization rights.
1. Regular License
The Regular License allows you to use the Item to operate one website for yourself or for one client, provided that end users are not charged for access to or use of the software or its functionality.
Permitted Use
- Install and use the Item on one website only.
- Modify and customize the Item for use within that website.
- Build a website for a client and transfer the license for that website to the client.
- Charge for professional services (installation, customization, development, deployment).
Restrictions
- You may not charge end users for access to or use of the software or its functionality.
- You may not use the Item on more than one website, installation, or deployment per license.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the Item available to third parties in any form.
- You may not publish, expose, or share the source code outside the licensed website.
2. Extended License
The Extended License allows you to use the Item to operate one website for yourself or for one client, including websites that charge end users for access to or use of the software or its functionality.
Permitted Use
- Install and use the Item on one website only.
- Modify and customize the Item for use within that website.
- Build a website for a client and transfer the license for that website to the client.
- Charge end users for access to, or use of, the website or its functionality (including SaaS or subscription services).
- Charge for professional services (installation, customization, development, deployment).
Restrictions
- You may not use the Item on more than one website, installation, or deployment per license.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the Item available to third parties in any form.
- You may not publish, expose, or share the source code outside the licensed website.
Freelancer & Agency Use
You may use the Item to create websites for clients and charge for your services, including installation, customization, development, and deployment.
Each client website requires its own separate license. A single license may not be reused across multiple client projects, websites, installations, or deployments, even if the projects are similar or derived from the same codebase.
General Conditions
- The Item remains the exclusive property of its author at all times.
- Each license applies strictly to one website installation only.
- The Item may only be used as part of a functional website.
- The Item may not be used in any system that enables multi-user, multi-site, or resell distribution of the software.
- Any breach of these terms results in automatic termination of the license.
- Upon termination, you must immediately stop using and remove the Item from all systems.
